• With fur: heritage models, sold with a Canada Goose fur trim until 2022–2023.
• Without fur: jackets sold with a plain hood, from 2022 to the present.

More than 1,000 ArcticFur trims have been fitted, across a wide range of Canada Goose models. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

There is no size to choose. The trim is matched to your Canada Goose model, not its size, so every size of a model takes the same trim. Fusion Fit versions and Black Label editions, the ones with the black badge, take the same trim as the standard model.

Some puffers and special editions, such as the wool editions, have no hood zipper, and neither do a few heritage models. Click “No zipper on your hood, or a different brand?” and send us your jacket’s details. Our team replies within 24 hours with your options.

Classic is our regular cut: fuller and thicker than the original Canada Goose fur. Grand uses our fullest fur and comes out about 20% bigger and fuller than Classic, for a bolder frame around the face. Both come in Gold-Brown, Milk-Brown and Silver-Light.

2. Zip the new trim onto the hood zipper.

Yes. Coyote fur is naturally suited to snow and light rain. In heavy rain, unzip the trim. If it gets soaked:

1. Shake out the water.
2. Let it dry naturally, away from direct heat.
3. Lift the fur by hand under a hair dryer on a cool or low warm setting to restore the volume.

Never use high heat, and never store the trim damp.

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Choose your trim colour, then select your jacket on the product page. It then shows whether your trim is in stock, ready to dispatch the next business day, or custom made to order, with an estimated dispatch date.

Estimated delivery, after dispatch:

• UK: 1–2 working days
• USA and Canada: 1–3 working days
• EU: 1–5 working days
• Rest of the world: within a week

Checkout shows the estimate for your address.

UK orders carry no import duty. Elsewhere, any duty or tax is set by your country and collected by the courier, not at checkout. For an estimate before ordering, contact us.

Every order placed through the questions about your jacket is covered by the ArcticFur Fit Promise: if the trim does not fit your jacket, we exchange or refund it, free of charge, shipping included. A trim that arrives faulty or incorrect is replaced or refunded at no cost. Contact us and our team responds within 24 hours.

• Returns: within 30 days of delivery, in original condition, for a refund. Made-to-order trims are included. Trims made to a custom zipper length cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return shipping: covered by ArcticFur when a trim arrives faulty or incorrect, or under the Fit Promise. Otherwise it is paid by the customer.
• Exchanges for a different colour or cut: free within the UK. Outside the UK, shipping both ways is paid by the customer, at the rate of your original order. Contact us to arrange it.
• Refunds: issued within 3–5 business days of your return being approved.
• Quality: we cover defects in materials and workmanship.
