Many newer Canada Goose parka and bomber models still include hood zippers, even if they were sold without a fur trim attached.

This includes:

Yes, our trims are made from genuine North American coyote fur. Each piece is quality-checked and crafted as an aftermarket compatible hood trim for selected winter jacket models.

Natural variation is expected with genuine fur, so colour, length, density, and shape can vary slightly between pieces.

Yes. Our trims include a flexible internal wire that helps shape the fur around the hood and hold your preferred position.

Simply bend the trim gently to adjust the shape.

It’s simple:

1. Unzip your previous fur or fabric strip, if your jacket has one.
   
2. Attach your new trim to the hood zipper.
   
3. Shape the fur using the internal wire.
   
4. For extra volume, use a blow dryer on a cool setting.
   

The trim attaches by zipper. No sewing or tools are needed for compatible jacket models.

Genuine coyote fur is naturally suited to cold winter conditions and can handle light rain or snow.

For heavy rain, we recommend removing the trim temporarily where possible. If the fur gets wet:

1. Shake off excess water.
   
2. Hang it to air dry in a ventilated area.
   
3. Once dry, use a blow dryer on a cool setting to restore volume.
   
4. Gently separate the fur with your fingers while drying.
   

Avoid high heat and avoid storing the fur while damp.

Custom trims, non-black trim colours, or custom zipper lengths may require 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
